Once again I find myself apologizing for not being regular in offering posts on this blog.  It has been a very busy month of July and August has started out just as busy. 

I have returned from a week long camping trip with our teens.  We had a great time.  These teens (really young adults) are very special.  They have a desire to learn God's Word.  They enjoy fellowshipping and being together.  A number of the young men want to go into ministry.  I am excited about having such a great group of young people serving here at FVBC.  Keep them in prayer.  Keep their parents in prayer.  Satan would want to snatch this good seed that God has planted.

I continue to be awed by the work our God is doing.  Our VBS week was spectacular.  The best since I have been at FVBC.  Young people came and some trusted Christ.  Adults loved the study led by Michael Nolan.  God worked.  I believe that God is answering our prayer. 

A lot can happen in a month.  But it only happens because we are praying.  Keep praying, keep working.  Because of Him, Pastor.
